Located in the
Northern Hemisphere and mostly in the Arctic north polar region is the
smallest, and shallowest of the world's five major oceanic divisions.
Sometimes considered a sea of the Atlantic, and washes upon northern North
America and Eurasia.

Ocean
The Atlantic Ocean is the second-largest of the world's oceanic divisions
covering approximately 22% of Earth's surface. Separates the Americas from
Eurasia and Africa.

Indian
Ocean
Is the third largest of the world's oceanic divisions, covering about 20% of
the water on the Earth's surface. It is bounded by Indian subcontinent, East
Africa, Indochina, the Sundae Islands, Australia and by the Southern Ocean.
It is the only ocean to be named after a country i.e. India.

Pacific
Ocean
Is the largest of all five ocean covering 30% of total Earth surface and
almost 46% of total water surface of Earth. Separates Asia and Australia from
the Americas.

Southern
Ocean
Also known as Antarctic Ocean sometimes considered an extension of Pacific,
Atlantic, and Indian Oceans, which covers the waters that surround
Antarctica.
